The hospitality of Pohorje forests and the homes of our students were adapted to the theme of the meeting: Sustainable education, self-sufficiency, ecological tourism and, above all, co-existence in "team building".

The students prepared all breakfasts and three main meals for 40 people themselves, cleaned up afterwards, took care of recycling garbage and performed spontaneous team building during daily activities.

Namely, you meet a friend at work. We prepared our own bread, hot dogs in a bun, bananas with chocolate and baked it on the fire. The teams took turns in the daily projects where they rotated in their daily routines. There was also a lot of fun and sports activities, such as the adrenaline park, cycling and hikes.

Intercultural communication and activities to learn about each other were an excellent opportunity for the completion of the project in 2023.

The next meeting is in Bratislava

After meeting in Krakow, Gjøvik and this time on the Pohorje mountain, we are looking forward to the exchange in Bratislava. Until then, the exchange participants will be volunteering and continuing activities within the framework of the project through CAS.

The six wonderful representatives from Gjøvik videregående skole in Slovenia were: Alicja Ksiezopolska, Mikkel Eng Mathiassen, Mira Okstad, Ole Petter Visted-Hansen, Torbjørn Waldemar, Victoria Alexandra Jinming Aas from 2IBA.
